Quick reference before uploading

Retail / product-level

For product data using 8-, 12- or 13-digit GS1 barcodes.

  • Product name, brand and owner flag (Y / N)
  • Quantity, unit of measurement and dimensions (mm)
  • GPC Class Code (code - description) and GPC Brick Code (8 digits)
  • Country of origin and short description
  • Target market: comma-separated Alpha-2 codes, no spaces — e.g. MY,SG,TH,ID
  • Cert expiry date in YYYY-MM-DD format

Non-retail / carton-level

For carton or pallet data using 14-digit GTIN. Fill Retail tab first.

  • Base/inner unit barcode (GTIN-13) and GTIN-14 carton barcode
  • Carton quantity, unit and dimensions (mm)
  • GPC Class Code (code - description) and GPC Brick Code (8 digits)
  • Target market: comma-separated Alpha-2 codes — e.g. MY,SG
  • Carton short description

How-to guide
Product Listing Form Guide (PDF)
  • Read terms and conditions before submission.
  • Target market: comma-separated Alpha-2 codes, no spaces — e.g. MY,SG,TH,ID. See the Country & Region Codes tab in the template for the full list.
  • GPC Class Code must use 50171800 - Sauces/Spreads/Dips/Condiments format; GPC Brick Code must be exactly 8 digits.
  • Certification expiry date must use YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g. 2028-01-01). Write n/a if no expiry.
